Topic Five: Diaspora

The main role I had, in the beginning, was for the construction of the seed pods. I cut, taped, beaned, and coated in glue many seed pods over the course of two weeks.

 Next, I processed all the bamboo for both shows with a small group of people and assisted the dance choreographer at Kampong in moving the bamboo.

 

The week before and up to the show, I was only working on constructing the egg forms. I assisted with all three of the food holding eggs and the large egg form. I only assisted in setting up and deconstructing the large egg at Kampong.
